Crime Diversion Program

Crime Diversion and Substance Misuse Programmes – both are 6 week, 12 hours exploring attitudes and beliefs, substance misuse and its impact, choices and consequences, myths around criminal activity, prison life, the law including joint enterprise, and the effect of behaviour on others (victim empathy). These honest and hard-hitting programmes are delivered by our Lead Youth Worker who has had over 40 convictions due to substance misuse but has been in recovery and conviction free for over 14 years. These are delivered in schools, and pupil referral units.

Substance Misuse Program

A look at drugs and alcohol, the law, the effects, why people use substances, the alternatives and NPSs (Previously known as “Legal Highs”. (6 sessions)

Breaking Out Program


Is an in-depth look at Gang culture, why people join gangs, the realities of the consequences, knife crime and the law, realities of prison and the alternatives. (10 sessions)

Anger Management


A close look at anger, its consequences, triggers and coping strategies for dealing with negative anger. (6 sessions)

Healthy Relationships For Males/Females

Looking at what makes a relationship, masculinity and femininity, child sexual exploitation, healthy/unhealthy relationships, consent and the Law. (6 sessions)

One-to-one Mentoring


Although the workshops above are ideally delivered in an group setting we can offer to deliver them on a 1-2-1 basis

CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

Entry to Employment – working with referrals from Youth Offending Team and Early Help, NEET (not in employment, education, or training) young people are supported 1-2-1 through Health and Safety Environment (HSE) and Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) education to prepare them for their CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme). Once complete, we support them with job searching, interview preparation and purchase for them, Personal Protective Equipment so they can enter the field of construction, often removing them from criminal activity and entering into a positive cycle of change, becoming financially self-sustaining thus removing the need for illegal activity to source an income.
